We ship within Singapore for now, and are still working out the best shipping rates for overseas orders. Do DM us if you are interested for orders shipping overseas, and we will work out a rate for you on an ad-hoc basis.
How can I check the status of my order?
You may log in to your account on our website, click on Order to check the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive notification from J&T Express with a tracking number.
Can I request for specific delivery timing?
We are sorry we do not have this option currently.
Can I change the address or redirect to a different address?
Once your order is made, we are not able to make any changes to the address unless there is an error in the address.
Do note parcels will be returned to the sender if we do not receive an update from you within the next 2 working days. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
