Refund Policy
We perform quality checks before sending the products over to you, and as such, we are unable to accept refunds for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
However, if in the unfortunate event, you have received a defective or damaged product, or that we have missed something out, please do not hesitate to notify us at within 7 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. Please contact us at happeapodstudio@gmail.com with your order ID, product information and detailed description of the fault with photo proof, and we will be happy to discuss further. If we discover that we've failed you, you may proceed to mail the item back to us upon receiving our confirmation email, and an exchange will be processed within 30 days of your purchase!
For your exchange to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 14 days from the date parcel was delivered.
Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for parcels lost in transit.

All returns must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and price tags intact. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be unfortunately denied. If you are returning breakable items, please ensure they are packed safely as items damaged during transit will not be accepted for return. Thank you!
